Green Angel skincare scoops double awards

Skincare brand Green Angel has won the Inspiring Green Champion Award in the Graham Norton Gin Inspiring Awards 2019. Founder, Mary Mitchell, has also been named Business Person of the Year at the South Dublin Chamber awards.
The range of 33 luxury skincare products is formulated using organic ingredients where possible, for their benefits to the environment, animals and users. Green Angel say that organic ingredients often have more beneficial nutrients, such as antioxidants, than their conventionally-grown counterparts, and according to the Rodale Institution, conventional farming also emits 40% more greenhouse gas emissions than organic practices.
The Co. Dublin-based company has also switched some of its plastic bottles to environmentally-friendly Post-consumer Recycled (PCR) plastic to reduce their impact on landfills.
Founded by Mary Mitchell and husband Chris in 2005, Green Angel will continue to strive to reduce their carbon footprint, and encourage clients to do so too.
